Hi, I'm Crysal. Whatever is happening in your life right now – physically, mentally, emotionally, relationally – I offer a safe, confidential, and welcoming space where you will be able express freely your experiences.
We can then work together with curiosity and compassion to become aware of the root cause of a behaviour/thought pattern/emotion/somatic experience and get curious together about other options. This is all experienced at your pace, honouring your innate wisdom and giving space for education along the way.

I am a Graduate of Hakomi, a Mindfulness Teacher, a Registered Therapeutic Practitioner of Holistic Pulsing (a somatic therapy), Past Life Regression Practitioner, I am trauma informed and have a Psychology and Criminology Degree. I utilise all these skills in working with people.
I enjoy working with adults in exploring their inner landscape of experience to better understand their relationship with themselves and others through mindfulness, somatic tracking, embodied awareness, coaching, and somatic therapy. I look forward to connecting with you.

Online therapy
Online therapy works much the same as in person therapy, however, it relies on you having a stable internet connection, your video on so I can see at least half of you, and ensuring you have a space to connect from where you feel safe and will be uninterrupted. The main difference in terms of the work we do is you wouldn't be able to get on the Holistic Pulsing table if the desire was there. But there are always other opportunities.I utulise zoom for online therapy.
