I work with people who are looking to resolve feelings of anxiety, depression and overwhelm, who may feel stuck in repeating life experiences and feel unable to move past them or understand why they feel this way.

It could be that looking from the outside, everything in your life looks great, but you still have an underlying feeling of unease.  I work with you to uncover the root of these feelings, helping you to process and release the emotions stored in the body.

I provide a safe, compassionate space for exploring emotional wounds and unresolved experiences, free from judgment and pressure. 

Your body carries the imprints of past experiences, especially those that have caused emotional distress from our childhood, our current lives but also those of your parents and grand parents. Did you know this could be the reason you have symptoms of:

There is nothing wrong with you. These are unconscious reactions to unprocessed emotions that live in your nervous system. Somatic therapy focuses on these sensations and movements, to release them, tapping into the body’s natural healing abilities.
