Welcome to my page, my name is Twané. I bridge talk therapy with personalized embodied practices such as mindfulness, breathing, somatic tracking and experiential embodiment through the use of an integrative, body-inclusive psychotherapy model.

I'm a compassionate and professional counsellor with about 20 years of experience of helping people. I have successfully treated people with issues that range from minor to chronic problems, such as anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, panic attacks, PTSD, complex trauma, relationship issues, low self esteem, sleep difficulties, stress and parenting issues.

I work fluently in English and also in German.
