I have had many years of my own experience with counseling, personal growth and spirituality, and have a deep compassion for the human condition.
I work with people at their own level through gentle conversation, mindfulness and somatic awareness. I have found that Hakomi Psychotherapy is very effective in helping people to understand themselves, and bringing them to a place of greater choice and freedom.
I am a student practitioner offering very low cost psychotherapy as part of my education.

- I am currently enrolled in Level Three (supervised practice) with The Hakomi Institute, New Zealand.
- I am also a Student Member of the New Zealand Association of Psychotherapists (NZAP.)
