A bit more about me:
I'm also a trained Search and Rescue Canyon Specialist and outdoor enthusiast, and my mission and passion is helping people get unstuck- whether that's physically or mentally. Helping and guiding people, allowing them to utilise their inner resources by empowering them is something I spent a long time learning for myself going through my own challenges in life.It's only after training extensively in many different therapy modalities, along with studies in Philosophy, that I was able to find the sweet spot to deliver the very best of what works in a no-nonsense practical way.
Having worked in many industries and being a part of many organisations, my life experience is considerable and I hope to help as many people make lasting positive changes to their lives!
Online therapy
The primary mode of mental health coaching is via 1:1 online video, also known as telehealth. It’s simple to do and no apps or downloads are required, and all devices are compatible!

Patrick is a natural at helping people understand the complexity of their mind and has the intelligence as well as personal life experience to guide and teach you the skills so you feel more equip within yourself.
He has a calm and openness about him, he listens with non judgemental ears and is so genuine in his efforts to do what he can to make your life better.
I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone who's feeling like they need someone to assist them getting back on track, life's hard sometimes the load is much better shared with someone you can trust & someone who is determined to support you getting to the outcome you desire. Highly highly recommend!!
I highly recommend Patrick, sometimes it is a really difficult thing to open up, and to acknowledge that you are in trouble, and having on the other side a person who can listen and transmit such calm, peace and right words in the right moment, makes it all a little bit easier.
Patrick puts all his heart and passion on what he does, and you can notice that he does really care, so that for me is a plus in all the aspects. He will give you skills that will help with whatever is going on now, but also skills to be used for any other situation, for life.
Patrick's patient and non-judgmental way allowed me to feel deeply understood and supported.
