Psychologist Hamilton & Therapy
My name is Amanda and I am a registered Psychologist with the New Zealand Board of Psychologists.
My aim is to help clients to address the difficulties and challenges in their lives by providing a safe and confidential context to work from. I work from an integrative approach and use a range of therapy models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) .
In my Private Practice in Hamilton I provide individual therapy to adults presenting with a broad range of presenting problems.
My services can assist with issues such as : General emotional and personal difficulties, adjustment problems, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief /loss/ bereavement, life changes and transitions, interpersonal relationship issues, burnout, work stress, stress management and life skills.
