My name is Anne and I have 9 years experience as a Counsellor.
Most of us at some time or another need some help when life gets on top.
Most of us at some time or another need some help when life gets on top.
In a session, we will explore together what is happening, in order for you to gain some insights and help you to move through stuckness, frustration, and grief.
The modalities of counselling that I use can equip you with healthier ways of coping as well as insights to understand what is happening.
As well as a listening ear, I like to equip clients with tools to get out of stuckness, and move forward.
I am trained in Solution focussed Counselling, Cognitive Counselling, and R.E.B.T.

I also use tools such as the Rewind Technique to help clients move beyond debilitating PTSD.

- I hold a Bachelor of Social Science, - Counselling, (BSSC - Couns)
- a Diploma of Ministerial Studies
- and am a fully registered member of MNZAC.

Fees
My fee is $103.50 incl GST for an hour of counselling.I also accept WINZ clients for subsidised fees.
