I have specialized expertise and skills in the areas of mindfulness, sensory processing, family strength-based approach, child and youth development, parenting tools, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Coaching, and lived experience of PPA and PPD.
**Are you a parent who feels overwhelmed, dysregulated, burnout, constantly irritated, lost in your identity and unsure of what to do next in your life?

**Are you someone looking for skills to manage your life including your self-awareness, sensory needs, creating a supportive environment, setting achievable goals, and aligning your roles and routines with your values?
