Hello, I have been a counsellor since 2009 working with a range of issues and ages and cultures. I am a Full Member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors.

We all want to live our best life, but sometimes hurts and hurdles get in the way. People seek counselling to improve the quality of one or more aspects of their life and as a counsellor I believe in empowering individuals to live their best lives and help you navigate or remove the obstacles that are in the way.

Sometimes we just need a sounding board to find our way, while other times we need a more empathic or strategic approach to reach our best life. I am here to listen and understand and then explore a pathway forward that is in your best interests.

My goal is to understand things from your perspective and support the positive changes you want to make while also provide you with options to choose from, insights, knowledge and skills that you can use to make the changes you need.
