I offer confidential empathetic opportunities for people to explain their difficulties or circumstances and then guide them to clarify the issues and explore practical strategies and alternatives for working through these challenges and moving towards satisfactory resolutions.

I am an open, caring and positive Therapist. I hold a Bachelor of Science, a Post Graduate Diploma and a Masters Degree in Psychology.

I am trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy, Relaxation Training, Mindfulness Training, Exposure Therapy and Trauma Focussed Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.

A key focus and passion is trauma recovery for big T and little t trauma. It may be very recent or from our past. Such trauma as childhood sexual abuse, abandonment, neglect, earthquakes, violence, bullying, car accidents, and warfare.

My name is Tony, and I am currently available for online sessions only. Each session is priced at $150.

With over 20 years of experience in social services, I specialise in guiding individuals and couples toward their goals. My expertise includes addressing addiction issues, anger management, family harm risk situations, and trauma. I utilise a somatic approach and brain spotting techniques to facilitate healing and growth.
