I have over 10 years experience as a counsellor, walking alongside individuals navigating life transitions, grief, parenting challenges and injury recovery. My approach emphasises self compassion, mindfulness, and the mind-body connection to improve overall wellbeing.

In life we can all have times that are more challenging and painful than others and counselling can provide a safe space to work through those seasons.
