My name is Fiona and I have been providing individual counselling in Aotearoa NZ for the last 9 years.
I provide one to one counselling for adults- men, women, and non-binary people. I have worked with a wide range of individuals with many different issues. I also have many years’ experience working in the disability sector, and specialize in working with people with intellectual disabilities, Traumatic Brain Injury, and neuro-diverse (ASD spectrum).

My passion and strengths lie in assisting people to make positive steps to take back mastery of their health and wellbeing and move towards their greatest potential and freedom.
