I have a passion to journey with others by creating a safe space where people feel valued and listened to.

I work with all ages, I have a lot of experience with teenagers and young adults but am honoured to work alongside anyone. A few issues I work with anxiety, friendship/relationship issues, self-esteem, depression, grief and loss but I am not limited to these.

As a counsellor with a Bachelor of Counselling and Addictions from 2023, I utilize Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, ACT, and Client-Centered approaches. I integrate the Whare Tapa Wha health model, emphasizing holistic well-being. Registered with NZCCA and a member of DAPPNZ, I'm committed to professional standards, offering empathetic guidance for positive change.
