My name is Athena. Although I qualified as a psychologist 35 years ago, I now feel my work is more accurately described by the words "Heart and Mind Coach".

I've found that a sense of inner peace, of feeling comfortable in your own skin, is present when heart, mind, body and spirit are all aligned and moving together.

It is hard to say this stuff about yourself (isn't it?) but as well as bringing a wealth of personal experience to each session, I bring compassion, intuition and a great sense of humour.

My name is Keri and I am an experienced Counsellor Human Performance Coach and Registerd Cliinical Supervisor. I have been supported by some incredible mentors to develop a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing particularly when standard approaches may not havee been effective. I pitch my work in a way that challenges clients/ couples to thrive rather than simply reduce challenging symptoms or issues.

I offer face to face counselling as well as online. I provide a calm, safe space for people to work through issues that are causing them difficulties.
