Hi, I’m Tamsin! I offer various therapy and coaching modalities geared towards emotional/psychological wellbeing, relationships, parenting and change. I work with both adults and teenagers, using a combination of mindfulness ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT, Solutions Focused Therapy, EP, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Positive Psychology, Attachment Theory & Gottman Couples Therapy.

My aim is to combine the best of research-based methods with a compassionate and non-judgemental, whole-person, attitude.

I work with individuals, couples, families and people aged 13 years and over. People recovering from trauma, having relationship issues, estrangement from children, childhood emotional neglect, looking for life development or change, dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, anger, work and life stresses, and maternal mental health. I have a particular interest in working with people suffering from trauma associated with SCAD.
