I offer non-judgemental and effective coaching, helping you gain the insights and teaching you the skills to help you deal with what you are facing.

I am a Life Coach specialising in happiness, grief and loss. I work with clients who are struggling following acknowledgement that they will be unable to have the family they planned, following a loss such as redundancy or retirement or a major life change such as divorce.

I am an accomplished, skilled and committed counsellor who has extensive experience in working with couples and individuals. I support people with relationships, separation, family, parenting, stress, anxiety and personal development.

I work with individuals, couples, families and people aged 13 years and over. People recovering from trauma, having relationship issues, estrangement from children, childhood emotional neglect, looking for life development or change, dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, anger, work and life stresses, and maternal mental health. I have a particular interest in working with people suffering from trauma associated with SCAD.
